How do you offer specific times to one person?
Pick two or three real openings, put them in one link, and send it to that person. They see only those times, pick one, and pay as anybody booking does. Once one is taken the link closes, so nobody else books into the times you held for them.
A client writes: “Can we find a time next week?” You could send your page, and they’d scroll through two weeks of openings. Or you could send three times you’d like to fill. Three is a choice. Twenty is a chore.
- Step 1
Pick times you’d like to fill.
Two or three, on different days, so at least one works for them.
- Step 2
Check they’re still free.
Times already booked or already in your calendar can’t be offered.
- Step 3
Send one link, with a line about it.
“Here are three times next week. Pick whichever suits you.”
- Step 4
Let it close by itself.
When they pick one, the others are free again for anybody, and the link stops working.
- Step 5
Send it soon after offering.
Times held for days stop being yours to fill. A link that runs out tomorrow gets an answer today.
On WorkWith, Offer specific times on an offering’s row on Link lets you pick up to three real openings and makes one link. It opens your booking sheet with only those hours on it, closes when one is taken, and runs out after a day.
