Support from the people who build it.
There’s no ticket number, no chatbot and no plan where a faster reply costs more. Write a sentence about what happened, and someone who can change the software writes back.
If a client can’t pay you or your link is down, put that in the first line. It goes to the front of the queue.

Things people write in about
Here are the answers, so you don’t have to wait for a reply.
A client says the payment failed
It’s almost always their bank declining the card. Ask them to try again; the booking is held for 15 minutes. If it declines twice, send them the invoice, and they can pay it from the email later. If it happens a third time, write to us with the client’s name.
Someone booked a time I’m not free
Either your calendar had that event marked as free, or the event is on a calendar we aren’t reading. Check which calendars are connected on Me. To move the session, move it from the booking itself, which tells the client. Deleting the calendar event doesn’t.
I need to change a price for one client only
Send them an offer. It carries the amount and the terms for that one engagement, and they accept and pay from the email. Your public price stays as it is.
A client canceled inside the window
It shows up on Today with two buttons: charge it as your agreement allows, or waive it. Either one is a single tap, and the client hears about it in your words.
Can I see what my page looks like to a client?
Open your own link. What you see there is what they see, because there’s no preview mode and no separate editor.
I want something the product doesn’t do
Tell us anyway. We say no to most requests, and when we do, we tell you why.
