Your agreement
The short version a client reads.
Before a booking goes through, your client accepts your terms. They type their name, and we record it with the time and the exact words they agreed to. If the two of you ever disagree about what was arranged, that record is what you’d show.
Where the wording came from
You started with a short draft, written for the kind of work you do.
These drafts have not yet been through a lawyer. If your work carries real money or real risk, have yours reviewed. It’s your agreement with your client, not ours.
Safe to change
Anything that describes how you work: how long a session runs, how much notice you need to move one, when payment is due, what’s included and what isn’t, and how either of you ends the arrangement. Write down what you do, in the words you’d use out loud.
Worth more thought
Confidentiality, what you are and aren't responsible for, and which country's law applies. Ask someone qualified before you rewrite these.
If your work touches health, money or the law, your profession may require particular wording. We don't check for that.
Changing it later
Editing your agreement makes a new version, and it applies to bookings from that moment on. A client who already accepted the old wording keeps the old wording.
This explains how the feature works. It is not legal advice.
