Your own calendar

Your sessions, in the calendar you already use.

Me gives you one address for your sessions. Subscribe to it from Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google Calendar or anything else that takes a calendar link, and every session you’ve booked shows up there. When a client books, moves or cancels, your calendar follows without you touching it.

Getting it in

On a Mac or an iPhone, tap the link on Me. Apple Calendar usually asks whether to subscribe, and you say yes. If something else opens instead, copy the address and use the menu:

  • Apple Calendar on a Mac: File, then New Calendar Subscription, then paste.
  • iPhone or iPad: Settings, Apps, Calendar, Accounts, Add Account, Other, Add Subscribed Calendar, then paste.
  • Outlook: the calendar view, then Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, then paste.
  • Google Calendar: Other calendars, the plus, From URL, then paste.

Most calendar apps check for changes every few hours, so a session booked a minute ago can take a while to appear.

It goes one way

Your sessions go into your calendar, and nothing in your calendar comes back to us. That means a subscription can’t stop somebody booking an hour you’re already busy in. To do that we need to read your calendar, and the ones we can read are Google Calendar and Outlook (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365). If you use either, connect it on Me instead and you get both halves.

Treat the address like a key

Anyone holding the link can see when you’re booked and who with. It’s long, unguessable and listed nowhere, but there’s no password in front of it. Keep it off anything public.

If it ends up somewhere it shouldn’t, press Issue a new one on Me and the old address stops working at once. Revoke it turns the feed off altogether. Either way your sessions stay where they are; only the address changes.

Your whole practice at one link. For people whose name is the business.
