How do clients book you without seeing your whole calendar?
Show them the times you’re offering and nothing else. Set the hours you work, connect the calendar you live in so anything already there is taken out, and leave a gap after each session. The client picks from what’s left, and never sees your dentist appointment.
- Step 1
Set the hours you take clients.
Not the hours you work. The hours you want clients in, such as Tuesday to Thursday, nine to four.
- Step 2
Connect the calendar you use.
Anything in it, a dentist appointment or a school pickup, comes off the times offered, and clients never see what it was.
- Step 3
Leave a gap after each session.
For notes, a break or the walk between rooms. How much time between sessions? has the defaults.
- Step 4
Set the soonest a client can book.
So nobody books at 8am for 9am. How much notice should you require? compares the choices.
- Step 5
Send the page, not the times.
When somebody asks “when are you free?”, send the link. They see the times that are true right now, and pick one.
On WorkWith, you connect Google Calendar or an Outlook calendar from Me. Busy times are read so nobody books over them, and each booked session lands in your calendar with the client invited and a video link.
