What you get
- A report on current prices against three competitors
- A recommended price list
- One 90-minute meeting to present both
When
Work starts on March 3. Everything above is delivered by March 24.
What isn’t included
- Changing prices in your systems
- Training your sales team on the new list
Anything not listed under What you get is outside this work.
Changes
Anything outside this work is quoted in writing at $1,200 a day, and starts only once you’ve agreed the quote.
Payment
The fee is $6,000. 50% of it, $3,000, is paid at signing. The other $3,000 is invoiced on delivery and due in 14 days.
Sign-off
The managing director accepts the work in writing. If nothing is raised within 10 days of delivery, it’s accepted.
