What to expect

I’m glad you booked coaching with me. We’ll spend the first ten minutes on what you want from this, and the rest on where you are now.

Where and how long

Sessions are 50 minutes by video. The video link is in your confirmation and in the reminder the day before.

Moving a session

You can move or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before a session, from the link in your confirmation. With less notice, the session is charged.

What to bring

Nothing but a notebook and a quiet room.
