For workshop facilitators
The client books a day, and most of your work happens in the week before it. Quote the workshop as an offer with the prep in the scope, send the invoice to whoever pays, and put the venue on the booking.
What’s different for workshop facilitators
The workshop as an offer
Send an offer from the client’s row with the agenda, the number of people and the prep in the scope, and a share due now. They accept and pay before you start designing the day.
Finance gets the invoice
Your client taps Bill someone else on the invoice and names who pays, and the reminders go there too.
The venue on the booking
A half day on your page, and a full day if you add one, carries the address it happens at, so the location is on the booking rather than in a thread.
Before the room fills
The team leader books the day, finance pays for it, and neither of them knows about the prep.
Offsite venues change, and you find out where you’re going the night before.
A half day booked for twelve people turns into twenty when the invitation goes out.
Your page on the first day
This is the consulting setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 15 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What should I read before we talk?”
Your engagement letter opens with this: Advice is given in good faith on the information you share; decisions and outcomes stay yours.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no participant registration, no slides and no feedback forms. You’ll run the day in your own tools; the page holds the arrangement and the money.
