Should dance classes be sold as a term?
For beginners, yes: the same group for six or eight weeks learns together. Drop-ins work better for dancers who already know the basics.
How do partner dance classes handle uneven numbers?
Say in the class line whether people come in pairs or rotate. Selling places to pairs keeps the numbers even.
