For walking tour guides
Every tour starts at a meeting point and holds a set number of people. Put the meeting point on the booking, set the places, and sell private tours as their own row for families and groups.

The meeting point on the booking
Each tour carries the place it starts, so the confirmation and the reminder the day before both say where to stand.
Places paid in advance
A tour holds the number of people you set, and each place is paid when it’s taken, so a no-show has still paid.
Your page on the first day
This is the something else setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 15 minutes clear after every session.
Your working agreement opens with this: Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What gets in the way
Visitors go to the wrong corner of the square and you start ten minutes late.
Free tours fill up with people who don’t show, and tips don’t cover the empty places.
Private tour requests come by email in a language you then translate.
Questions walking tour guides ask
How many people should a walking tour have?
Twelve to fifteen at most, so everyone can hear without a microphone. Set the number once and the tour stops selling at it.
Should walking tours be paid in advance?
Yes. Paid places turn up, and you can plan the route for the group you have.
What happens if it rains?
Say so in your agreement before it happens: the tour goes ahead, or it moves to the next date with a free place.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no audio guide, no multilingual booking and no ticket scanning. Tours happen on foot, from the meeting point.
