Should an ADHD coach charge for missed sessions?
Agree on a rule before the first session and hold it gently. A reminder the day before prevents most misses, and one forgiven miss a quarter is a kind policy.
Is ADHD coaching the same as treatment?
No. Coaching works on habits, systems and goals, alongside any care your client gets elsewhere. Say so in your agreement.

- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no habit tracker, no task app and no medication log. Your client keeps those in whatever already works for them.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
