Groups larger than your ropes means people standing around for an hour.
Beginners book an outdoor day before they’ve tied a knot indoors.

What happens if the weather is bad on a climbing day?
Say so in your agreement before anyone books: moved to another date, switched to the indoor wall, or refunded.
Do I need experience before an outdoor climbing day?
Usually a few indoor sessions first, so you can tie in and belay. Offer an indoor course as the step before.
What should a climbing instructor’s agreement say?

The meeting point on the booking
Each session carries where it starts, the wall or the car park, and the reminder the day before says it again.
Groups the size of your ropes
A group session holds the number of climbers you can safely run, and comes off your page once it’s full.
Your page on the first day
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no gear rental, no route database and no weather alerts. Check the forecast and send any change from your own email.
