For divorce coaches
Your clients are in the middle of a legal process and often a shared inbox. Keep booking private and plain, time packages around the hearings, and say clearly that you aren’t their lawyer.
Somebody else may be reading the emails
A client worries their former partner reads the email account the booking went to.
Sessions cluster before mediation and the court dates, then stop for months.
Clients ask legal questions in a session, and the answer has to be “ask your lawyer”.
Your page on the first day
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
Questions divorce coaches ask
What does a divorce coach do?
Helps someone stay organized and calm through a separation: preparing for mediation, making decisions, and planning life after. It isn’t legal advice or therapy.
Is a divorce coach the same as a mediator?
No. A mediator works with both people; a divorce coach works for one of them. Say so in your agreement.
How many sessions does a divorce coach usually see a client for?
Often six to ten over the months of the process, more before key dates. A package with an end date suits it.
What’s different for divorce coaches
The address is theirs to choose
Clients book with whatever email they give, and every message goes only there, from your name. They can use an address nobody else reads.
A package around the hearings
Set a row to sessions good for a few months, so a client books more in the weeks before mediation and fewer between.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no document vault, no court calendar and no legal advice. Clients keep legal papers with their lawyer.
