Sell a short recording as a file on your page, for the meeting, the date or the phone call your client is dreading.
Booked without writing to anyone
A free first call sits on your page with its length and your terms, so somebody can book it without explaining themselves.

A session goes well, and the old voice is back by Thursday.

This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.

What does a confidence coach do?
Helps someone act on what they want despite the doubt: speaking up at work, setting limits, trying something new. It isn’t therapy.
How long does confidence coaching take?
Six to ten sessions over a few months for most people, with practice between each.
Is confidence coaching right for anxiety?
For everyday self-doubt, yes. For anxiety that disrupts daily life, a therapist or doctor is the right first step. Say so in your agreement.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no journaling app, no assessments and no community forum. The page books the sessions and sells the recordings.
