For public speaking coaches
Every client arrives with a date: the keynote, the pitch, the best man’s speech. Sell sessions that run up to it, let a company buy them for the person giving the talk, and keep a group workshop on the same page.
The talk has a date
Clients find you three weeks before the talk, when there’s barely time for three sessions.
The company is paying, but the person who has to stand up is the one who should book.
A rehearsal moved twice is a rehearsal that doesn’t happen before the day.
Questions public speaking coaches ask
How many sessions does someone need before a big talk?
Three is enough for one talk: one to shape it, one to rehearse it, one to run it at full length. Sell them as a package with an end date a little after the talk.
Should a public speaking coach record practice sessions?
Yes, with permission, because watching yourself does more than any note. Record on the video call you already use and send the file afterward.
Can a company pay for one employee’s speaking coaching?
Yes. They buy the package as a gift for the employee, who then books every session from their own page.
What’s different for public speaking coaches
Sessions bought for somebody else
A package can be bought as a gift. The manager pays, the speaker gets their own page, and they book each session around their own week.
A workshop with seats
Give a session more than one seat for a team workshop. The first booking sets the time, and the rest of the team joins it.
Your page on the first day
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no video review, no slide feedback and no teleprompter. Sessions happen on your usual video call or in the room on the booking.
