What does a menopause coach do?
Helps with the parts of menopause outside the prescription: sleep, work, relationships, exercise and confidence. Medical questions go to a doctor.
Is a menopause coach a medical professional?
Usually not, and your agreement should say so. Coaching sits beside medical care, never in place of it.
Can menopause coaching be done in a group?
Yes, and many people prefer it. A small group of six to eight on video works well.
Your page on the first day
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What’s different for menopause coaches
A small online group
Give a session six or eight seats on video, and each person books and pays for their own place.
A workplace session as an offer
Send an employer an offer for a session for their staff, with a share due now, billed to the company.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no symptom tracker, no medical records and no prescribing. The page books and takes payment for coaching.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
