What does a mindset coach do?
Helps someone perform under pressure by working on focus, self-talk and routines before the moment. It isn’t therapy, and your agreement should say so.
How far ahead should someone start mindset coaching?
Six to eight weeks before the event, so routines are practiced rather than learned on the day.
Should a mindset coach sell recordings?
Yes, short ones for specific moments: the night before, the warm-up, the walk to the stage. They keep the work going between sessions.
Your page on the first day
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no journaling app, no biofeedback and no performance data. Sessions and recordings are what the page sells.
