For health coaches
Change takes weeks, not one hour. Sell a program with an end date, a monthly plan for after it, and sessions on video or wherever you walk and talk.
What your page starts with
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What’s different for health coaches
A program and a plan
Sell the program as a package with a window, and a monthly offering for after it. A plan or a meal guide can be sold with it as a file, delivered when it’s paid for.
On video or in person
Each offering happens by video or at an address you give, so a walk-and-talk session and a video check-in sit on the same page.
Questions health coaches ask
How should a health coach price a 12-week program?
As one price for the program, never twelve sessions added up. Count the sessions, the check-ins and the plan you write, then price it so a client who uses all of it pays less than for each piece alone.
Where should a health coach keep notes on clients?
Somewhere only you can read. A private memo on each client’s row never appears on anything your client sees. Clinical records, if you keep any, go where your professional body tells you.
What should a health coach’s agreement say?
That coaching isn’t medical advice or treatment, that your client keeps seeing their doctor, and what happens when they miss a session. The agreement your page starts with covers the third; add the first two.
Should a health coach sell meal plans?
If you write them already, yes: as a file sold alone and included with a program. Somebody who buys the plan first knows how you work before they book you.
How often should a health coach check in between sessions?
Weekly and short during a program. Say so in the offering’s description, so your client knows the check-ins are part of what they paid for.
What should a health coach offer after a program ends?
Monthly coaching, for clients who want to keep going. It refills their sessions each month and stops at the end of a month that’s paid.
What gets in the way
Your clients want a program with a start and an end, not an hour that renews forever.
Half the value is between sessions, in the check-ins and the plan, and it’s the half that’s hard to charge for.
You’re asked how client information is kept before anybody asks what you charge.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no food or habit tracking and nothing that connects to a wearable. The page sells and schedules your work; the coaching happens in the sessions.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
