You coach a team, not a person, and the company signs once for all of them. Send one offer to the company for the program, run team sessions with a seat for each member, and bill finance directly.

Send the company an offer with the sessions, the dates and a share due now. They accept the terms once for the whole team.
A seat for each member
Give a team session as many seats as there are people, at the office address or on video, so everyone has it in their own calendar.

What does a team coach do?
Works with a whole team on how it works together: decisions, conflict, roles and trust. The client is the team, not one manager.
How long is a team coaching program?
Three to six months, with a session every few weeks. One offsite rarely changes a team on its own.
Who should a team coaching agreement be with?
The company, with the team lead named. Agree on what’s reported back and what stays in the room before the first session.
What gets in the way
Eight people need to be in the same session, and a booking tool sees eight separate clients.
The team lead hires you and the invoice has to go to a cost center they can’t name.
Programs end after the offsite, and the habits go with them.

- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no team survey, no 360 tool and no workspace for the team. Sessions happen in the room or on video.
