For life coaches
Your clients come to you to change something. They shouldn’t have to send four emails to book the first conversation. One link: they pick a time, read your terms, and pay before you meet.
What gets in the way
You spend longer agreeing a time over email than you spend on the discovery call.
A client who bought six sessions in March is booking the fourth in August, and nothing says when the package was meant to end.
A client who cancels an hour before has cost you the hour, and asking them to pay for it feels like a fight you’d rather skip.
Your page on the first day
This is the coaching setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from tomorrow onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 24 hours before.
- There are 30 minutes clear after every session.
- Before booking, your page asks: “What do you want to work on?”
Your coaching agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes by video. Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before at no charge; inside 24 hours the session is charged in full.
What’s different for life coaches
A package that ends
A package carries a window, shown beside its price. Your client books each session from their own page, and the count goes down by itself.
The late cancellation is agreed before it happens
Your client accepts the cancellation window before they pay. Inside it, they can’t cancel from their page; they ask, and you decide from Today whether to keep the fee or refund it.
Questions life coaches ask
Should a life coach offer a free discovery call?
Yes, if it’s short and has an end. A short call is long enough to tell whether you can help, and short enough to offer anyone. Your page starts with one, and you can remove it or give it a price.
How many sessions should a life coaching package have?
Six is a good place to start: long enough for a change to show and short enough to commit to. Price it below six single sessions so the package is the obvious choice for anyone coming back.
What happens to package sessions nobody used?
Whatever your agreement says, so write it before you sell the package. The coaching agreement your page starts with says packages are used within their stated window, and unused sessions are refunded if either of you ends the coaching.
Is life coaching the same as therapy?
No, and your agreement should say so. The one your page starts with says coaching isn’t therapy and outcomes aren’t guaranteed, and your client accepts it before paying.
Can I coach clients in other countries?
Yes. Your page shows openings in your client’s own time zone, and they pay by card in your currency.
What should I send after a discovery call?
One link, the same day, to the session or package you’d recommend. Each offering on your page has its own address, so the link opens on the one you mean.
What it doesn’t do for you
If you run workshops for companies and invoice them through a procurement portal, that part stays by hand. Clients pay by card through Stripe, and there’s no other way to pay on the page.
