For aromatherapists
The consultation decides the blend, and the blend is mixed for one person. Sell the consultation with its own length, a follow-up a few weeks later, and a guide to using oils safely as a file.
The consultation is the work
Clients want a blend without a consultation, which is guessing.
Follow-ups don’t get booked, so you never learn whether the blend helped.
The same safety questions come up with every new client.
Questions aromatherapists ask
What happens in an aromatherapy consultation?
A conversation about health, lifestyle and what the client wants help with, then a blend made for them, often with a massage.
Is aromatherapy safe in pregnancy?
Some oils aren’t. Ask about pregnancy and health conditions in your booking question, and check with a doctor or midwife.
Does aromatherapy replace medical treatment?
No. It’s complementary, and your agreement should say so.
Your page on the first day
This is the therapy or practice setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from 2 days ahead onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 48 hours before.
- There are 10 minutes clear after every session.
Your practice agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
What’s different for aromatherapists
Consultation, then follow-up
Set a row to two sessions, good for two months, so the consultation and the follow-up are bought together.
A safety guide as a file
Sell your guide to using oils safely at home as a file, so the answers clients always need are theirs to keep.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no shop for oils, no shipping and no clinical records. Blends are made and handed over at the appointment.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
