For prenatal fitness instructors
Your clients come for a few months and then stop for the best reason there is. Sell a block of classes that ends around the due date, a postnatal course on set dates for after, and ask about the pregnancy in the booking question.
Every client has a due date
A class pass bought in the fifth month still has classes left after the birth.
Clients need to tell you how far along they are, and the form is a text message.
Postnatal clients come back months later and have to find you again.
What’s different for prenatal fitness instructors
Classes that end before the due date
Set a row to a number of classes good for three months, so a block ends around when the baby is due.
The postnatal course after
Add the dates of a postnatal course and its places, so the next step is on the page when they come back.
Your page on the first day
This is the therapy or practice setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from 2 days ahead onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 48 hours before.
- There are 10 minutes clear after every session.
Your practice agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
Questions prenatal fitness instructors ask
Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?
For most people, yes, with their doctor or midwife’s agreement. Ask about it in your booking question and adapt each class.
When can I start postnatal classes?
Usually after your six-week check, and later after a cesarean. Check with your doctor or midwife first.
Can I bring my baby to a postnatal class?
Many postnatal classes welcome babies. Say so in the class line, so parents know before they book.
What it doesn’t do for you
There’s no health screening form, no class pass and no childcare booking. Ask what you need in the booking question.
