For physiotherapists
You see private patients around the clinic hours already in your Outlook calendar. Let the page read that calendar, put each private appointment back into it, and keep a course of treatments paid once.
What patients ask before the first assessment
How long is a first physiotherapy appointment?
Usually forty-five minutes to an hour, with the assessment. Follow-ups are often thirty, so give each its own length.
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem, and many need four to six. Say so after the assessment, and offer the course as a block.
Can a physiotherapist see private patients outside a clinic job?
Usually, if your employment contract allows it. Check it first, and keep your private hours clear of your clinic shifts.
What’s different for physiotherapists
Your Outlook calendar, both ways
Connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar on Me, and your page leaves out the hours you’re busy there. Each private booking goes back in as an event with your patient invited.
The whole course, paid at the start
Sell the treatments a problem needs as one block. Your patient books each appointment from their own page as their week allows, and sees how many are left.
What gets in the way
Your clinic shifts live in Outlook, and your private bookings live somewhere else.
A patient books a private slot in the hour you’re at the clinic, and one of them waits.
A course of treatment sold session by session stops when the pain does, before the problem is fixed.
Your page on the first day
This is the therapy or practice setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from 2 days ahead onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 48 hours before.
- There are 10 minutes clear after every session.
Your practice agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
What it doesn’t do for you
There are no clinical notes, no exercise programs and no insurance billing. The page books and takes payment for self-pay appointments.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
