For chiropractors

Visits are fifteen minutes, two or three times a week at first, then once a month to keep things steady. Sell the opening run of visits in one go, then a monthly maintenance visit that renews by itself.

Questions from the treatment table

How often should I see a chiropractor?

Two or three times a week for the first few weeks of a plan, then less often as things settle. Many people then come monthly.

Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?

It usually doesn’t. There can be some soreness for a day afterward, like after exercise. Say if anything feels wrong.

Should I see a chiropractor after a car accident?

See a doctor first to rule out injuries that need other care. A chiropractor can help afterward, once you’ve been checked.

What gets in the way

Fifteen-minute visits mean four bookings an hour, and each one by phone is a call you take between adjustments.

People feel better by the third visit and drop the plan halfway.

Maintenance patients drift away once nothing hurts, then return in a worse state.

What’s different for chiropractors

The opening run, paid once

Set a row to the visits a plan needs, and the patient books each one from their own page and sees how many remain.

Maintenance every month

Set a row to one visit and tick Every month. The patient’s card renews each month and their visit refills.

What it doesn’t do for you

There are no X-rays, no treatment notes and no insurance claims. The page books and takes payment for self-pay visits.

We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
