For nutritionists

The first appointment takes an hour and a half and the follow-ups take thirty minutes. Sell each at its own length and price, and a block of follow-ups for the clients who keep coming.

A long first appointment, short follow-ups

Two lengths, two prices

Each offering has its own length on Link, so a first consultation and a follow-up sit side by side and the page books the right amount of time for each.

Follow-ups in a block

A block of follow-ups is paid once and booked one at a time from your client’s own page, so the third visit isn’t a fresh decision.

Questions nutritionists ask

How long should a first nutrition consultation be?

Sixty to ninety minutes, because the history, the diet and the goals all need covering before advice makes sense. Follow-ups can be thirty.

How many follow-up appointments should a nutritionist offer?

Three to six over a few months, spaced to see whether changes stick. Sell them as a block paid in advance.

Can a nutritionist work with clients online?

Yes, on video. Your page shows openings in your client’s own time zone, and they pay as they book.

What gets in the way

The first consultation runs long, and a booking tool that offers one length fills the hour after it.

Clients book the first appointment and drift away before the changes take hold.

Every food diary arrives in a different app, and you spend the first ten minutes finding it.

  • There are 10 minutes clear after every session.

What it doesn’t do for you

There’s no food diary, no meal planner and no insurance billing. The page books and takes payment for self-pay appointments.

We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
