For hypnotherapists
Most of your clients come for one thing, in a few sessions. If they’ve been booking you through Calendly, bring the offerings and the people over once, then sell the program as a block.
What your page starts with
This is the therapy or practice setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from 2 days ahead onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 48 hours before.
- There are 10 minutes clear after every session.
Your practice agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
What gets in the way
Your clients are spread across a booking tool, a payment link and your inbox, and none of them talk to each other.
Somebody books one session for a habit that takes three.
Moving booking tools means retyping every client you’ve ever had.
Questions hypnotherapists ask
How many hypnotherapy sessions does someone need?
Often three to six for one goal, such as stopping smoking or a fear of flying. Sell them as a program so the work isn’t cut off after one.
Should hypnotherapy sessions be in person or online?
Either works for most clients. Offer both, as two offerings, with the room’s address on one and video on the other.
Will my Calendly clients be added to my mailing list?
No. Clients brought over from Calendly aren’t signed up for your notes; each person has to say yes for themselves.
What’s different for hypnotherapists
Bring your Calendly over
Connect Calendly once on Link. Your event types arrive as offerings, kept off your page until you price them, and the people who booked in the last year arrive as clients. Nothing is kept connected afterward.
A program as a block
Sell three or four sessions as a block, paid once and booked one at a time from your client’s own page.
What it doesn’t do for you
There are no session scripts and no clinical records. A recording can be sold as a file on your page; your notes stay in your own records.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
