For reflexologists
Half your new clients arrive because somebody bought them a session. Let people buy a course as a gift for someone else, sell the course itself for regulars, and put your room or their home on every booking.
Often bought as a present
A course bought as a gift
Somebody buys a course of sessions as a gift. The person it’s for gets their own page and books each session themselves, within the months you set.
Your room or their home
Sell room sessions with your address and home visits as their own row, with the booking question asking where to go.
What gets in the way
Gift vouchers are handwritten, lost in a drawer and redeemed eighteen months later.
Clients feel the benefit after one session and don’t book the course.
Home visits mean an address and a parking note in a text thread.
Your page on the first day
This is the therapy or practice setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from 2 days ahead onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 48 hours before.
- There are 10 minutes clear after every session.
Your practice agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
Questions reflexologists ask
How many reflexology sessions should I have?
A course of four to six, weekly, is a common start, then monthly sessions to maintain.
Does reflexology hurt?
It shouldn’t. Some points can feel tender; say so and the pressure changes.
Is reflexology a medical treatment?
No, it’s complementary. Your agreement should say so, and clients should keep seeing their doctor.
What it doesn’t do for you
There are no printable gift vouchers, no client notes and no insurance billing. A gift is a course bought for someone, booked from their own page.
