For massage therapists
Your hands are busy for an hour at a time, so the booking has to happen without you. Leave time to turn the room over, put the address on every appointment, and settle the cancellation window before anyone pays.
Your page on the first day
This is the therapy or practice setup, and it’s what your page starts with. Change any of it where it appears.
- Clients can book from 2 days ahead onward.
- Moving or canceling is free up to 48 hours before.
- There are 10 minutes clear after every session.
Your practice agreement opens with this: Sessions are 50 minutes. Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before at no charge; inside 48 hours the session is charged in full.
With your hands full
You can’t answer the phone with oil on your hands, and the caller books somebody else.
Back-to-back bookings leave no time to change the linens, open a window and drink some water.
A no-show on a Saturday morning is your best hour of the week, gone.
What’s different for massage therapists
Time between appointments
Set the minutes you need between sessions on Me, and your page never offers the hour straight after another one.
Your room, or theirs
Each offering carries the place it happens, so a studio session shows the studio. For home visits, your booking question asks for the address.
Questions massage therapists ask
How long should a massage therapist leave between appointments?
Fifteen minutes at least, and longer if you change linens and need a break yourself. Set it once and your page leaves the gap for you.
Should massage therapists take payment at booking?
Yes. It cuts no-shows on the slots that matter most, and nobody has to find a card while they’re still relaxed afterward.
What should a massage intake form ask?
Health conditions, medications, injuries and how much pressure they like. Keep the full form in your clinical records; the booking question can ask what they want worked on.
Can I sell a block of massages?
Yes. Your page starts with a block of six, paid once and booked one appointment at a time from your client’s own page.
What it doesn’t do for you
There are no SOAP notes, no insurance claims and no body charts. The page books and takes payment for self-pay appointments.
We don’t sign a business associate agreement. If you work inside a clinic or a health plan that needs one, keep that work where it is now.
